 t Crittenden Middle School in Mountain View, seventh graders collaborated with artist Glen Rogers and architect Bill Gould to design Circle of the Muse, a plaza and seating area that serve as the centerpiece of the newly remodeled campus. Poetry stations, etched with student poetry, mark the four directions. Students' colorful ceramic tiles and cast concrete "symbol stones" embellish the ground plane and seating.
